Brazil Chapter: ACS Region 14 Meeting, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: ACS Governors from chapters in Latin America and the Caribbean attended the Annual Meeting of Region 14 on September 11. This meeting was held in conjunction with the Regional Congress of Rio de Janeiro of the Central Nucleus of the Brazilian College of Surgeons.
