Dr. Garrett is a general surgeon and chair of surgery, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s St. Margaret Hospital, and a clinical professor of general surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, PA. Dr. Garrett was an ACS Governor from 2007 to 2013.
