Dr. Pillsbury is the Thomas J. Dark Distinguished Professor and chair of the department of otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He is the executive director of the W. Paul Biggers Carolina Children’s Communicative Disorders Program.
