Dr. Fraher is associate director, ACS HPRI. She is also director, North Carolina Health Professions Data System, at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research, and holds joint faculty appointments in UNC-Chapel Hill’s departments of surgery and family medicine.
