In the June Coding and practice management corner column, “Frequently asked questions about CPT coding,” two code numbers were listed incorrectly. In Table 5: Debridement on page 44, the first two CPT codes should be 11043 and 11042-59 (not 47562 and 47379-51). The editors regret the error.
