The College maintains the ACS Surgery Career Connection to help members find new opportunities to advance their surgical career. ACS credit card

Informed consent documents
Procedure-specific informed consent documents covering more than 3,500 procedures from 28 specialties are available to ACS members at a significantly reduced rate through the iMedConsent Patient Engagement application. The iMedConsent application can be individualized and generated into a progress note. It includes patient information sheets, along with consent forms, and is available in both English and Spanish-language formats. Both electronic and paper-based versions of the application are available.
